Super annoying ### 1/5 — Not downloadable on MAC? *2024-02-27* Why can’t I download the app on my app. It says it’s compatible but it doesn’t work… ### 1/5 — Fix asap *2024-01-15* Always signing me out randomly Randomly refreshes when using timetable Sign in sometimes doesn’t work Keep the app simple. So ridiculous!!! Also, I could not sign in on the online class that was changed from the offline one. As a result, I attended all the classes, but I was considered absent sometimes. ### 2/5 — Keeps logging me out *2024-03-07* Logs me out about 3 times a day and makes logging back in slow and painful, I constantly waste the first 10 minutes of my lecture just to log into this useless app to check in. And yes, I do live in Lancaster. The health innovation one bus stop can’t be found in the app. Since Saturday it’s been impossible to get any information about buses times. I guess I’m not a very happy app user… **Developer response:** Hi, The service utilities AWS cognito with Lancaster university co-sign to add login and on-boarding. Amazon AWS is covered under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework allowing transfers of data between organisations in the EU and those in the US. I hope this helps.
