Bought this lap timer app yesterday and trailed it today at Sydney Motorsport park. Now, I'm no techie expert, in fact, I'm an absolute technomoron, but this app worked faultlessly from the moment the flag drop. So easy. Just set the circuit you are at, and press the "go" button, and leave your iPhone somewhere secure in the car and voila, every lap time recorded. 
I can strongly recommend this app for those that don't want to spend several hundred $$ on a standalone unit.

Hi, I don't usually write reviews (actually never!) however, I have to give it to these guys the customer service is absolutely fantastic! But..... And big but..... It was about a short coming on the app which I needed help with...... The app doesn't allow for data extraction, so you cannot use with programs like 'race render' etc... This would normally allow you to overlay the speed, time and map info onto footage you take with (for example) a gopro camera..... Other apps of this nature do allow this...... The guys here have told me they are developing it..... But they did invite me to send them the data, and the emailed it straight back in excel format, same day! Superb app, easy to use, but would be sooooo much better if you just added data extraction....... :0)
