The app used to work, but after the recent update, it doesn’t work at all whatsoever at least with the previous version, even though it crashed I was still able to somewhat use it.

By far one of the worst iOS apps for law enforcement. The regular PC and MDR program is already bad enough, but thanks for making the app even worst!!!!

This app is terrible.  Crashes all the time, it looks like it was designed for the iPhone 1.  Lacks anything else then basic features.   Only works in landscape mode when you want to read reports.
