I'm trying to do it using my iphone, I mean it's a mobile app correct? As long as I have a mobile phone w/data shouldn't it work regardless if I have home network or not? I was unable to get support through the app bc it won't let me enter the model no. It let me choose what problem I'm having and let me type a description of it but can't enter model type so can't send it to support. My place has a couple areas where it gets stuck on raised wood across the floor so this is handy. ### 5/5 — Works for me *2024-09-30, version 1.4.8* I have no complaints about how the app works. The only thing I had to add my vacuum in twice but other then that it works like it should. I’m very happy with the current vacuum that I have. I’m even more happy with the service every time I call I actually get a real human being and not just somebody that speaking from a script but an actual person that talks to you normally Understand your issues and helps you resolve them quickly. These vacuums save me so much time and while no automated vacuum is perfect. I have to say that these vacuums. As an attempt to fix I already tried the following : - I deleted the app and data. - Rebooted the phone - Downloaded again the app from AppStore. - login And it crashes / close after the login Please fix ### 3/5 — App Updates *2022-04-20* Main issue is that none of the information (schedule, preferences, history, etc) is stored when the app is updated.
