You have to shut dow the app entirely and restart. You then have a very good chance of ads freezing the app again. I liked my lightbulb/speaker. This is ridiculous ### 1/5 — App Crashes Constantly *2020-04-21, version 2.36* App crashes within a minute of being opened. Usually more like 15 seconds. This makes it next to impossible to change the light settings and actually impossible to play music, since that window takes longer to load. I’m stuck with the basic cold white light. One lightbulb that earns it keep! It does all that it's claims to do and more. ### 5/5 — Custom Lighting *2016-07-16, version 1.48* I just received an ilight speaker for review and downloaded this app to use with my light. It really is super awesome to be able to change the light to whatever color you want by using the app color wheel. I also love that you can adjust the light: Pulse, Rhythm, candle, or strobe. One of the coolest things though is definitely using music with the app and turning the lucky to go with the beat of the music. To change it back to just a normal white light, there's a button on the center of the color wheel that you can tap. May just be me and my unfortunate house. ### 5/5 — So Impressed, I'm writing my first ever review! *2015-12-04, version 1.32* I bought an I-light smart light bulb on eBay, after stumbling upon its existence accidentally, during my search for a Bluetooth bathroom speaker. The bulb in my bathroom is bayonet, not screw in, so I bought a simple £1.50 adaptor in addition to paying £15 for the product itself, including shipping, which I considered very reasonable-so long as the ilight bulb could live up to my expectation. When it arrived, I was overwhelmed by the quality of its design and immediately tried it out with the adaptor and my expectations were far exceeded!! The Bluetooth connected immediately and the LED colour options blew my mind! Most impressive though was the sound quality and power of the speaker, which is one of the best I've ever heard in this price range, plus it never runs out of battery since it's plugged into the mains through the light! The app is easy to use and fun to play with, but would be even better with a few additions, such as allowing more than one Bluetooth connection at a time, a radio tuner and call answering function. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and have already become the envy of all my friends!
