The best thing about this app is that it really does personalize to my body and genes. I found out that a low fat diet is most effective for my body’s weight loss and so far, it’s pretty spot on. I’ve lost 4 lbs and counting. Also, the app is super intuitive and easy to use. The recipes are simple to make with clear instructions and they taste pretty good.  I recommend it to anyone sick of the usual suspects and who wants to try something actually designed unique to them.

iLivTru is unlike anything I have ever heard of before! The diets are science based using your own DNA and tailored to your Genes, eating habits, & goals. 10/10!!
