## What is Iliyard App?

ILIYARD is the companion app for the ILIYARD Class A business centre on Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi.
PARKING, WITHOUT THE FUMBLING
Open the parking barrier straight from your car. Press and hold, and the gate lifts — no card, no intercom, no winding the window down in the rain. The app checks you are actually at the building first, tracks how long you have been in the car park, and keeps a log of recent gate activity.
Press-and-hold rather than a single tap is deliberate: this moves a real vehicle barrier, and a pocket tap should never lift it for someone else.
BOOK WHAT YOU NEED
Reserve a second-floor meeting room, arrange a visit with the leasing team, or take a visitor parking slot. Every booking gets a reference to quote at the front desk — and it works offline, including two floors underground where there is no signal.
KNOW THE BUILDING
Browse all twenty floors, from the 8-metre lobby to the 360° rooftop business lounge. Floor areas, terraces, ceiling heights and leasing terms, with photographs of every space, so you can see the building before you walk into it.

PRIVACY
No account needed to explore the building. As a guest, nothing leaves your iPhone at all. Residents' phones talk only to ILIYARD's own server, inside the building — never to a cloud service. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party code. You can erase everything from Settings at any time.
