It’s not a gud app I tried many time to call but number is not working. Customer service waiting queu is long. And it’s been few days and i waiting for messages but track record of my item

On the 14th May 2022 I placed an order. Was not told that one of the items was actually out of stock. No mention on the confirmation email. Payment was taken. It was only when the other items arrived, I was aware. I have had to make contact, on several occasions to find out where the rest of my order is. This was very inconvenient having a small child. It is only now, I have been advised the product is no longer available, a refund will be applied. AWFUL……..
