### 5/5 — Excellent game!

*2017-07-28, version 2.1.0*

Beautiful art, good variety and pace of challenges. Original mechanics but accessible and quick to learn. A very well done app.

### 5/5 — Fun puzzle platformer

*2017-07-27, version 2.1.0*

The gravity-switching gameplay is easy to learn and control, but finding and following alternate routes through each bite-sized stage will test your wit and skill.

### 5/5 — Creative and addictive

*2017-07-26, version 2.1.0*

I really enjoyed this game because it was set at a nice level of difficult that steadily increased as the game progresses. I also thought it was a fairly creative and original platformer that brought a new kind of game play to the genre.

### 5/5 — Quirky and intelligent

*2017-07-25, version 2.1.0*

Fun little game keeps changing up every level and it's super cute. No problems with it really it doesn't need wifi either haha!

### 5/5 — Cute, soothing and addictive

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

Not a game I get mad at even after failing many times. The visuals and sound effects always keep me happy enough to keep going. Fair and fun puzzles

### 5/5 — Addicting...

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

What a great little app! The puzzles are just hard enough to make it a pleasant challenge, yet not so difficult that I feel there's no hope I'll ever discover a solution.

Often times I'll leave one or more of the three goals unsolved, to give myself a break, then come back to a particular level with a fresh perspective. So far, so good!

The developers were genius in their relative simplicity - nice job!

### 5/5 — Very cute

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

The sounds are what make this game for me. They're so cute and I've fallen in love with my little cat-slug thing. The puzzles are also quite fun, challenging but not unbearably so. Failing a level isn't infuriating, it's just motivation to keep trying. It does however make me quite sad because it's comically brutal. But all in all I'm quite fond of this little game.

### 5/5 — Similar to Leo's fortune....

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

This game was really fun and addictive, and really similar to Leo's fortune ( a previous free app of the week) great job with the graphics and jumps mixed in with this game!

### 5/5 — Truly Unique

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

I hesitate to call this game a puzzle platformer. There is no gravity in this game, with illi constantly flipping direction. Though the rules aren't what we normally expect in a game, they do make sense, and are consistent once you get used to them. The game is challenging, but not frustrating at the same time. The levels themselves are easy to clear, but completing the bonus challenges - like getting every crystal, beating it in limited time/jumps, getting so many seconds of air time, or clearing rubble off the planet - can prove more than difficult. The balance of optional challenge and easy levels makes the game feel very fair - something some games lack. I wouldn't have given this game a second glance if it wasn't free app of the week, but now that I've tried it, I'm so glad I did. The gameplay and art style go great together, and the music (or atmospheric noises) set a relaxing mood as well. illi has become one of my favorite apps very quickly.

### 5/5 — Very Entertaining!

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

Well done. Been playing this for hours and it's yet to get old.

### 5/5 — Truly wonderful game!

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

I first noticed this as the Free App of the Week and managed to play through all 60 levels and complete every single goal within a matter of days. It was a truly immersive experience that really got me thinking, and the fluid animations, unique art style, and excellent level design made me want to come back to it all the more.

The only possible complaint I could have is that I wish there was more! It felt almost unfinished when I completed that sixtieth level, and I feel like there's a lot more room for level expansion and even story. illi as a character has a unique and mysterious design, and it would be amazing to learn more about who illi is and the scenery and surroundings illi navigates through. (What is the factory? Where did the rubble come from? Where is illi trying to go? etc.)

Regardless, I'm happy to have discovered and played through such an interesting, well-designed, and underrated platformer, and I look forward to playing it over again if I ever do. Thank you for making it!

### 5/5 — Cute! Free app of the week!

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

I always love getting the free app of the week. This weeks was not a disappointment!
It has lots of fun levels that require a quick hand and lots of strategy. I like apps that don't have in-app purchases to tempt you and spend money you don't have.
I recommend this app for when you're board or when you're waiting for your free app of the week to download. \^_^/

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2017-07-19, version 2.1.0*

This a very beautiful and entertaining game. It makes you think and hooks you in on the very first level. The design is amazing and the movement of the character is great.
I just wish that there is more of a story. The character illi is very intriguing yet it doesn't seem to have a backstory or anything.
WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

### 5/5 — Very fun

*2017-07-19, version 2.1.0*

I've only been stressed a few times, but overall a very good and relaxing game

### 4/5 — Fun puzzle platformer, a little buggy

*2018-04-08, version 2.1.0*

Overall, I enjoyed this game, but it has annoying bug where it sometimes will get stuck in the screen where you can choose which level to play. The workaround is to kill and relaunch the app. This happened 3 or 4 times over the course of completing the entire game. (This is on an iPad Air 2 with iOS 11.2.)

That said, I would still recommend this game to anyone who’s a fan of the genre. It has a somewhat original concept where your character can walk on any surface, and whatever surface it is currently walking on becomes “down.” The levels have a nice progression from easy to hard (but never become super difficult). I also appreciated the lack of adds and in-game purchases.

### 4/5 — More illi please

*2018-03-29, version 2.1.0*

This is a simple and addictive game. It is challenging enough to keep your attention. The different challenges on each level are nice. I want more stages please.

### 4/5 — Cute and fun

*2017-08-10, version 2.1.0*

My only real complaint is that the constant shifting of the camera makes me dizzy after playing a while - I wish it was a bit more zoomed out, or at least less jerky. Otherwise it's fun, a little tricky but not frustratingly so, and I like the different goals that encourage you to approach a level in several different ways.

### 4/5 — Nice puzzle platformer!

*2017-08-03, version 2.1.0*

The puzzles are well thought out and clearly tested well, the visual aesthetic is cute and the sound design is perfect. My biggest issues are:
The puzzles are pretty similar, and you usually use the same solution for several in a row before it introduces a minor new mechanic. This isn't a huge issue because it's sort of a puzzle platformer, so movement is more important than engaging puzzles. On that note, the movement is usually nice and responsive, but it can be difficult to gage how or where exactly your jump will land. Also, especially in later puzzles, you can die quite a bit trying to achieve some of the harder challenges. This is alright, but restarting involves going through a menu and a few seconds of loading, which could certainly be whittled down to make it less frustrating. Finally, there is no way to look at the full level without moving the little worm guy, which in turn moves the camera around. Once again, this is fine as it contributes to the puzzles, but personally I feel it's a bit of a cop out. It may just be me getting frustrated, too, so take that as you will.
Overall, despite the flaws, this is still just really fun to play. I would absolutely recommend it.

### 4/5 — Illi has a fantastic art style, simple controls, and plenty of thought puzzles

*2017-07-20, version 2.1.0*

This is a game that will fill your extra time. There are 60 levels that all take some thinking to complete, yet aren't puzzling enough to stump you. My only gripe is the quest repetitiveness. Id love to see a larger variety of quests implemented. More levels would be nice too, maybe in a DLC pack

### 4/5 — Great

*2017-07-19, version 2.1.0*

It's a great game but sometimes it's a bit frustrating when you can't find a way to get the last quest on a level

### 4/5 — Great game

*2017-07-16, version 2.1.0*

This was a great game to get for free app of the week. I've been playing quite a bit and am now stuck trying to do all the challenges on level 45. #frustrated

### 4/5 — Good game. But

*2017-07-14, version 2.1.0*

This has been free app of the week already. Show me something I haven't seen before. Like last week. (This is good) but show me something really good. This is really good, but you know what I mean

### 4/5 — Great FAotW Purchase

*2017-07-13, version 2.1.0*

I got illi as the Free App of the Week, and I must say: I'm about halfway through the game, and there have already been puzzles that made me stop in my tracks and really think outside the box to get illi to the (portal, I guess) in a certain number of jumps, or getting that one elusive crystal, etc. Hats off to Set Snail for this fun little diversion around physics. Love me some gravity-defying platformers. Good for .99 cents, great for free. Keep on keeping on, Set Snail. I look forward to your future games.

### 4/5 — Just one flaw

*2017-07-13, version 2.1.0*

It's fun, challenging, nice interface.....but it would be great if you could actually see the whole level that you're playing. As it is, you have no idea where you're going until too late. Redesign it so that you can see the entire puzzle that you're trying to solve, and it will be perfect.

### 5/5 — Gamer approved platforming fun

*2019-04-02, version 2.1.0*

I’m a legit gamer. If you’d have told me I could enjoy a gorgeous and unique game w one finger I’d of called you a liar, but here I am endorsing this perfectly paced puzzle. Please do yourself a favor and discover the joy of winning.

### 5/5 — Nice puzzler but short

*2017-10-11, version 2.1.0*

It's 60 levels and a lot of fun… but it only lasted a couple days of casual play.

### 5/5 — Tranquil and challenging at the same time

*2017-08-30, version 2.1.0*

This game is pretty fun. Little illi is so cute and the background noise of the game is soothing so you can focus on the challenges of jumping and collecting gems. In a way it reminds me of the Monument Valley games because they are also calming but challenge your brain. Some of the challenges in this game are quite impossible but you can always try it, and then go to the next level if you've temporarily given up! :)

### 5/5 — Beautiful, yet adorable.

*2017-08-24, version 2.1.0*

I loved playing through the levels, trying the different challenges for each one. The little creature is so cute, but the game overall is just gorgeous. I was so disappointed when I finished all the levels! I hope there are more levels added, I'd be willing to pay for them. That's how much I loved this game!

### 5/5 — Fun

*2017-08-13, version 2.1.0*

This is really fun and makes you think. Love trying to figure out how to get all the badges. Cute too!

### 5/5 — Very addicting, great game!

*2017-08-10, version 2.1.0*

Check this game out because it was the free app of the week, and it has been nothing but a pleasure ever cents. Super addicting, fun, challenging, and all-around a great game!

### 5/5 — Very original

*2017-08-05, version 2.1.0*

I enjoyed this one quite a bit. Original puzzles, well designed controls and beautiful art.

### 5/5 — Wow. Just…wow.

*2017-08-04, version 2.1.0*

When I downloaded this app for Free App of the Week, I wasn't expecting much. But having an only moderate get-every-star outlook and a fondness for simple gameplay and stunning visuals, I was blown away. I have basically no "spending" money, but I'd be willing to spend $5 on this game. It's a must-have.

### 5/5 — Fun but not too terribly difficult

*2017-08-04, version 2.1.0*

The weird little fuzzy (sometimes farting?) protagonist is cute. The puzzles are fun but not terribly challenging. Even in the last few levels the hardest part is really just judging exactly how long your jumps need to be and when exactly to jump to nail the landing on the other platform. This means lots and lots of dying and restarting levels until you find the sweet spot for a jump. A little frustrating but not bad (it restarts quickly and there are NO ADS which I love 😁). Also, I wish something happened at the end. I beat the final level and got every single little goal on each and at the end of the last level it just showed me a "next level" button that did nothing because there were no more levels. No fanfare or message or anything saying "you did it!"... 😕

### 5/5 — I love illi!

*2017-08-01, version 2.1.0*

This game is truly unique, awesome, and nothing like I've ever played ever!!
It has different kinds of levels that the more you play it the more challenging and awesome it gets!
