Now you have to call the bank for them to reset it. How about fix it. This happens a few times out the year kind of annoying when your trying to get into your bank account. ### 1/5 — Often Unreliable *2021-10-25, version 21.1.30* At least once a week when I try to login you’ll get hit with a “unable to validate your login information” message and it lasts all day. And it always happens during the weekend so you can’t even call to get any help at all. It’s like they just shut the app down during the weekend. I have to drive to the office to cash any checks now. Not acceptable that they break something that had been working fine. App is not as friendly as old version, can’t see recent bill payments made anymore. This is much better. So much so that I don’t need to physically go into the bank as often as I used to. It’s also very easy to navigate. I give this app two thumbs up! Well organized. User friendly. There are two features it’s missing that prevented me from giving it five stars: 1) The sub totals in the transactions are gone. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you feel like the total is off, and you’re trying to balance out your charges, it takes a lot of extra time. 2) There’s no way to highlight and copy the confirmation numbers from the app. As someone who religiously tracks all payment with date and conf number, this is also an inconvenience that would add to my experience.
