Every time it’s launched you have to re-authenticate. Please fix this.

This bank’s app is terrible!  Every time I have multiple checks to deposit it is unable to get the task done. I have to delete the app, reinstall it, take dozens of pictures in different lighting, shut down and restart my phone and so on.  After wasting too much time, Shazam,  it goes through. If mobile banking is important to you or your business, do not use this bank.

It is frozen all the time , I have to delete the APP and register again.

This app has a mind of its own.  Doesn't capture check deposit well.  There are times when the app doesn't start up.  I have an IPhone 6 which isn't old.  I'm considering switching banks because of the lack of reliability.

This app is a huge step down from the old one which was simple and did everything I needed. This one is not user-friendly at all. It seems mobile deposit has also disappeared? Couple that with being really slow, getting stuck on loading pages regularly = Frustrating...

This app is a waste of space. My 7yr old could have done a better job. If you didn't have the last app you won't be as disappointed. But there new online app and web site has me looking to switch banks.

It's ok for basic things. Locked up on me twice, while using it the first time. Security- not the app so to speak- but the site itself. Only 24 character passwords. No email/text that I can see, for updates- security or info...
