Wanted more bulbs but couldn’t find them. Well, I checked the other apps from the developer. Install DALS RGBW. Light connected like a breeze. I can look up their other products, now. This app should just be retired. ### 4/5 — DALS lighting has worked great *2022-05-18, version 1.1.2* I found a slight learning curve but once I understood the proccess its been easy to add more lights to my system and control them all easily from my phone. My one complaint about the app is the fact that it defaults to red when you close and reopen. The lights are still on the setting I left them but when I reopen the app its always set to red. Easy enough to fix it but I wish that was not an issue. The programming for changes throughout the day only worked for a few days before resetting to the default too. overall I have been happy w this product! ### 2/5 — Dals WiFi puck lights *2022-02-14, version 1.1.2* I have had these lights for about a year and a half and suddenly they have stopped working. I have tried resetting, but they won’t even turn on. Their WiFi is not available on my phone and I can’t figure out what else I can try to fix these. So frustrated. Originally planned to get philips hue lights as that brand is more well known, but was forced to opt for the illume lights instead as philips hue only had “retrofit” downlights and we did not have pot hole mounts. After installing these I was very worried. The lights themselves are great, but the app is just awful. With that being said, I have to give this app 5 stars because upon diving deeper into the settings, there was a very helpful guide on how to set the lights up with google assistant. My thinking was that if I were to set them up via an assistant, I could just say commands instead of having to look at this horrible app. To my surprise however, when I went to set up the lights on the google home app, google offers a full control panel featuring a dimmer, huge range of colours, and a much cleaner interface. Since the lights work perfectly and the google home application has solved every complaint I had with the layout of this app, I have no choice but to rate this app 5 stars. I have not experienced any of the problems others have been reporting (slow wifi, etc.) and I am very happy with my purchase. It is important to keep in mind that I have rather fast wifi so other’s results may vary.
