The app keeps automatically jumping back to the most recent posts, making it very difficult to browse older updates from the teachers. The app is slow, frequently lags, and often freezes when writing longer messages to teachers. Nothing is more frustrating than spending time typing only to have the app become unresponsive. Please focus on improving the app before constantly asking users to rate it. ### 1/5 — Worst *2026-05-14* Worst ### 1/5 — Why does it need full permission to photos to just save photos? *2026-05-12* Why does this app need full permission to download and save photos? “Add photos only” should be sufficient. The developer needs to justify this change. It did not ask for such permission before but started happening today. ### 1/5 — The worst user experience for parents *2025-10-09* This app requires a thousand clicks to take any action. And multiply that for each child you have. Notification preferences also don’t save. This has been the worst app I’ve ever had to use. ### 1/5 — 1-Click Scan QR, not 2!!! *2025-10-07* Literally the most used thing in the app should be one click button from the main page not two. I don’t need the ID card so just make a second button for that if someone needs it that much. The teachers and staff are caring, patient, and very supportive. I really appreciate the warm and friendly environment they provide for the little ones. The activities are fun and educational, and they help children develop their confidence, communication and social skills. The teachers give individual attention to each child and genuinely care about their well-being. I’m very happy with the overall environment and the way the staff interact with children.
