Very frustrating and buggy. Their web/site is not much better. Good coffee though. ### 3/5 — A pain to use *2024-08-17* Sign up was difficult and it failed. Ordering coffee requires 4 steps and 4 pages - lol and it is not even handled within the app but as background webpage. You should shut down this app to avoid annoying your customers! Utter junk app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t accept iCloud email address *2023-12-03, version 1.98.0* This is a really awful app that won’t accept iCloud.com email address format when registering. When trying to checkout as a guest the app just crashes with the timer icon stuck in screen. Also tried to register on your website and experienced same issue and unable to register or purchase. Stuck at account creation part of the flow, unable to click past “My account privacy policy” screen. Looks like a web wrapped page. Already having very low expectations of what kind of app experience this will be. They make it easier to select Illy wallpaper (who does that?) than review your account, update subscriptions or place orders. Every time I use this app, I am frustrated by its poor performance and horrible UI. Illy, make it easy to order coffee!! If you don’t understand how difficult this app is to use, you’re not working with average or new users. I am offering my assistance to show you what it’s like to use this app. ### 1/5 — This App is worthless *2023-08-22* Everything is either counterintuitive or freezes up. So many options take you to the website anyway. All the rewards are close to worthless too if you already have a subscription. I am stuck in a perpetual loop of having to acknowledge T&C’s and then the process fails. Ordering online Apple Pay doesn’t work. 25% off site wife doesn’t apply to the cart. Interface between Illy and PayPal fails most times. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-18* It literally doesn’t work. No matter how I try to log in it just gives me an error. I’ve checked all my settings and network connections. Even tried creating a new account. At this point, I must relaunch the App Store app, and start over. I do notice if I buy from Amazon the coffee beans do not taste the same, seems maybe old. When we buy at Sur La Table it tastes so much more fresh. I decided to go directly to Illy. The app was easy to use so far. I started a subscription. I collected hearts. I will definitely come back to review if I find it hard to keep track of my subscription or make changes.
