Especially in non-muslim communities it can be difficult to find scholars you trust or you might just not feel comfortable approaching a stranger with personal questions directly. And instead of losing yourself in an endless online search- jumping from one anonympus online homepage to another- the AI offers you different specific opinions and sources to your questions that you can then base your opinion on. Of course one has to keep in mind this kind of application is not aiming to create fatwas or replace human discussion. Nevertheless it allows the community to connect different schools of thought and expertise.
