After updating iLock code is locked . Unable to open the app without pin and my pin is showing wrong…. Worst experience

**Developer response:** We’re very sorry you’re experiencing this issue after the update. Please do not delete or reinstall the app, as doing so may permanently remove the photos and videos stored inside the app.

Your data should still be secure, and we want to help you regain access as quickly as possible. For security reasons, please do not share your PIN publicly. We’ll investigate the issue and guide you through the available recovery steps.

Useless ads bahut dikhata h

I downloaded this app for my iPhone, iPad, and iPod, and will tell you now, don’t waste your time with it.
First and foremost, the ads will drive you absolutely stark raving mad, as you open one pic, and the ad immediately pops up, and does so, before you can even see the pic you chose.
The ads are total overkill. 
Next problem is when you send a video from your device to the app, and go to watch it, thinking that it will be saved and ready to watch.
The user presses on the video to test it, and it immediately closes out the app and takes you to the home page where the app
Icon is.
This happened on all three devices.
The developer does not offer a pro ungraded version of it to rid itself of the ads.
Have deleted the app from all three devices.

I am unable to see any photo in the album because i forgot the passcode and there is no option for recovering it
