### 3/5 — Almost

*2011-12-22*

Not bad, but I accidentally made 2 different weight entries for the same date and there's no way to delete one. Would like to see that fixed. Otherwise, pretty good app.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2011-02-25*

I have to say that this app has helped me with my overall health, from my diet and exercise, to my sleep and moods. I have this app on my iPhone and iPad and I do like to use it on both. I have also been tracking my body fat percentage and because I started tracking it, I am more accountable and have lost a lot of body fat. I love the new update, my dates are now correct. Also for anyone looking at some of the other comments, this app does have a delete feature now, a very nice feature if you plug info in wrong. I have also been able to pin point reasons for being in a bad mood, which for me can be because I did not get enough sleep or that I had too much junk food during the day. I recommend this app for anyone that wants to see improvement in their health.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2011-01-09*

This app does not work! It will not load! Don't waste your money!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2010-11-04*

The ability to track my food intake and sleep patterns really opened my eyes to how they effect each other. I am using this new knowledge to positively change my behavior

### 5/5 — Great app

*2010-09-14*

I really like the app. Works great for keeping track of diet/exercise. An added category for medication/vitamins/ supplements would be a great addition.

### 2/5 — Needs a bit more work.

*2010-09-12*

Needs an edit & delete button. Not being able to edit an entry messes up some of the statistics in the reports.
