It will not even let us register to get into the app. We have tried everything even read all of the terms and stuff and nothing. Got this for my grand daughters birthday and she can’t even use it!

I could create an account, and watch the video but I couldn’t watch the instructions to make any of the bracelets. It would not load!!!!!!!

I tried to create an account but after filling everything out I press continue and nothing happened, same with the login. The I-loom kit I have is useless if I can’t use the app. This is very disappointing.

My daughter was able to make custom designed bracelets for her friends with the bracelet design tool. 

I was impressed at how it creates a complete step by step guide for the designs. Would recommend.
