It was already a pain to scan the QR code, and with this new update it’s only harder to scan. I’m unable to even do it most of the time. It’s so hard that my company has to use an alternate way to log in now.

I am trying to log in but it does not let me press login. I input my username and password and nothing happens. I need to use this app for work. Would be great if I could get in contact with tech support and try to resolve this issue

Will the app function with the new Apple IOS?

The ability to use the app out in the lot versus having to go back to the machine every time is a game changer. You can easily see where the keys are, who has them and even do the exchange process all in the app. it makes inventory so much more streamlined.

It helps a lot with work and makes the process a lot faster for locating and getting keys. But it stopped working for me since it is no longer compatible with IPhone do it the update of IOS 12. I hope they fix it soon so I can get back to work.
