Very disappointing experience after purchasing the policy. They are very responsive when you are buying the policy, but once the policy is purchased, getting answers to even basic doubts becomes extremely difficult. Instead of properly explaining the terms and conditions, the response is often simply, “Please read the conditions mentioned.”

The app also does not work properly, and even for basic app-related issues, we have to repeatedly follow up with emails. I have already sent more than 5 emails regarding the same issue, and it is still not resolved.

Customer support should not end once the policy is sold. The post-purchase service and issue resolution need significant improvement.

My experience with ICICI Lombard has been extremely disappointing. The claim handling process was frustrating from start to finish. Despite submitting all the required documents and cooperating at every stage, my genuine claim was rejected without providing a clear, satisfactory, or customer-friendly explanation.

The communication was poor, and instead of resolving the issue, I had to repeatedly follow up through calls and emails. It felt like the company was more focused on finding reasons to deny the claim than helping a genuine customer.

An insurance company is expected to support its customers during difficult times, but unfortunately, that was not my experience with ICICI Lombard. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this insurer to anyone. I hope the company improves its claim settlement process, transparency, and customer service.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a health check-up for my 20-year-old son, but it was rejected because your system incorrectly classified him as a child. I had entered his correct date of birth when purchasing the policy.

When I contacted customer care, they said it was a system glitch. Later, the health check-up department asked me to call customer care and inform them that my son is an adult. It is surprising that your own system cannot identify his correct age despite having his date of birth.

Moreover, when your representative visits for blood sample collection, they verify the Aadhaar card, which clearly confirms the insured person’s age. This issue should never have happened.

Please fix your system, correct my son’s details, and improve the coordination between your customer care and health check-up teams. This experience has been very frustrating.

It’s been almost over 15 days that I have given my bike in the service centre for these people to inspect and approve the claim. Every document is uploaded. They got estimation from the service centre but its still not approved. They are just waiting out on me so that I loose patience and do it on my own. 
After the inspection I was once able to speak with the claim manager assigned and that idiot is saying its old damage. I purchased the insurance in November 2025 and raising a claim in April 2026 and the fellow says its old damage. Now, no matter how many times I reach out to him, there’s no response.
Dont ever buy this insurance.

I had a very disappointing experience with ICICI Lombard. Despite having a valid motor insurance policy, my claim process was handled very poorly. The customer support was unresponsive and failed to provide clear updates.

False allegations were made during the claim assessment, which led to unnecessary delays and stress. Instead of supporting the customer during a difficult situation, the process felt biased and unfair.

I expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately, the service did not meet basic expectations. I would not recommend this app or insurance service to others based on my experience.

I am writing this feedback out of genuine frustration with the app experience.

The app is extremely slow and the chat system is very poorly designed. When booking an appointment with a doctor and sending a message in chat, there is no confirmation whether the message has been sent, delivered, or seen. There are no status indicators at all.

Worse, after sending a message, I have to manually exit the chat and reopen it just to check whether the message was sent or if there is any reply. It feels like using an internet service from the year 2000 where you had to refresh repeatedly to see updates.

This creates unnecessary anxiety when communicating with doctors, especially in situations that may be time-sensitive.

It is surprising that such a basic functionality was released without proper testing. A healthcare app should prioritize smooth, real-time communication.

I strongly request that you improve:
	•	App speed and responsiveness
	•	Real-time chat updates
	•	Message status indicators (Sent, Delivered, Seen)
	•	Push notifications that work reliably

Please take this seriously and improve the user experience.

I am covered under a corporate policy and have previously used the OPD cashless feature successfully. However, for the past few days, the app has stopped working properly.

Initially, it was redirecting to the payment page instead of deducting from the OPD wallet despite showing “Cashless.” Now, it shows “Member Not Found” as soon as I click on “Book OPD” or “Order Medicine,” even though the UHID was working earlier.

The issue is impacting access to healthcare services. Reinstalling the app has not helped. Requesting urgent backend fix and better stability for corporate users.
