## What is ilumen™ by Medibio?

ilumen is an employer-sponsored program and is only available to employees of organizations with an ilumen account. The ilumen app provides participants the ability to monitor an approve their mental wellness through subjective assessments. Once enrolled, participants are invited to connect a compatible Fitbit or Garmin device account. Results are presented back to participants. 

ilumen also offers access to a clinically-supported, subjective questionnaire to 'check-in' on symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, coping strategies, resilience and more. It is recommended participants take the assessment every two weeks in order to view historical scores and monitor results over time. All data is private and secure. An employer is provided with anonymized results. Information is presented in groups without access to individual scores.

Here’s how it works:
Download the app after receiving an invitation from your employer to register.
Login and connect your Fitbit or Garmin account to the ilumen app. Wear your device as often as you can - especially when you’re sleeping - for the most accurate results.
Answer a series of simple questions in the web-based assessment or check-in with an abridged mobile version every two weeks to get customized recommendations and tips on how to improve mental wellness.
View historical scores and results to see how you’re trending over time.
Know that your results are yours and yours alone. The data that employers see is anonymized. and presented in groups, so you can rest easy knowing that your information is private.

This seems like such an insightful app but it’s only allowed for a certain group of people. As a suggestion I think that maybe employers can use this for employees but also the general public should be able to view this for themselves.
