Here is a video demonstrating the features of the app: https://bit.ly/iluna-video iLuna allows to easily find out the lunar phase, the Moon's position in the signs of the zodiac and mansions, the periods of void-of-course Moon and the periods of retrograde Mercury for any day from the year 2005 to the year 2050. It also provides a description for each phase, sign and mansion. You can navigate through the information in various ways — say, phase-by-phase, day-by-day or month-by-month - whatever is more convenient for you. Phases show you the energy of the day, signs — the mood of the day, while the void-of-course periods might tell you when it is better not to do certain things. Mansions were used by different cultures from the time immemorial, they tell for what a particular day is good or not so good. And the periods of retrograde Mercury are able to gift you an unusual idea but at the same time create mayhem in your business activities. Those New and Full Moons that are eclipses, are now marked as such. To calculate the times, iLuna uses the time zone of the device on which it runs, so if your iPhone or iPad shows your current time correctly, iLuna's information is precise too. Once any of the events reported by iLuna happens, you will get a notification, provided you allowed the app to send you notifications. I noticed an irregularity where it said that the moon was going into a sign, but the void area said that it was actually void. Not sure if that makes sense, however, I went to a couple of websites to see what was actually correct, and have done that since and I find that you are not syncing up at all with other astrology sites. I highly recommend his apps, they're accurate, well thought out and immediately useful. I’ve been a big fan of his online courses as well. He’s definitely someone who knows his stuff! ### 5/5 — Like this app *2024-01-20* I love the app. Easy to navigate using the buttons at the bottom . Provides the info I was seeking in regards to the moon. I had this app for a few years on my Samsung and had to buy it again when I switched to an iPhone because I like it so much . Please tell me why the calendar does not have SUNDAY? It only has 6 days a week in the monthly view of the days. Ok I figured that out! In settings I accidentally discovered if I make the “example text” size much smaller I can view the entire calendar including Sunday **Developer response:** Can you please send me a screenshot of your problem to alex@siriuslab.com? Screenshots on the App Store demonstrate how the app should look. ### 5/5 — Indispensable *2023-11-26* I have used this app for YEARS, pretty much since it came out. It was good then; it’s even better now. The Mercury Retrograde info is absolutely necessary for planning, and the app even gives you the Rx Shadow information, so you can plan carefully. Too, the Moon V/C information now includes the last aspect, which is so important, and very nice to have. ### 3/5 — Clunky Now *2023-09-15* New version is almost unusable on an iPad, which I suspect affects the majority of users. Sizing of the month viewing panel cuts off the last week. Attempts to re-size the monthly view jerkily sends one to the adjacent month. This has been the best moon app for years. Please fix this and return us to sanity. Please be better. Thank you. It’s been a hard month now, no fix to the above. My text is sized to minimum, but last row of days on the monthly view is still cut off, not viewable on iPad. That's the only improvement I'd make: the ability to choose a monthly calendar that begins the week on Sunday, as much of the world is accustomed to-- a week beginning with the Sun's day.
