See below . Otherwise I love the app. I had it for a few years on my Samsung and had to buy it again when I switched to an iPhone because I like it so much . Please tell me why the calendar does not have SUNDAY? It only has 6 days a week in the monthly view of the days. I looked for a way to adjust the setting but didn’t find anything. Is there a view that shows the seven days ? I think this is weird and I’d much prefer seeing all the days. Is it my phone or what? **Developer response:** Can you please send me a screenshot of your problem to alex@siriuslab.com? As well as information on which model of iPhone you are running. Screenshots on the App Store demonstrate how the app should look. ### 4/5 — DO NOT UPDATE!!! No longer works! *2023-08-05* This was my most used app on all my mobiles for a good 11 years. I was hoping the update would fix a few bugs like often skipping months when swiping back and forth. But this update has made my beloved app unfunctional. First they decided to make the app work horizontally. Which is really unnecessary, and created the problem with the fact the text was too large vertical and you could no longer see the dates and times simultaneously, unless you switch it horizontal. When I wrote to the developer about it he put in a text slider to fix it. Then I noticed after a few days it wasn’t updating in the NOW section at all. It literally no longer warns you if a void of course is soon, or even if it is currently a void of course, or even if the moon has changed signs completely. Please don’t update until these bugs are fixed. Remember this is coming from someone who considers this app indispensable. ### 4/5 — My favorite moon app *2022-04-30, version 2.1.6* I use this constantly, it’s not more complicated than it needs to be and easy to visually take in the information. However, the Arabic moons are only accurate the month of—so please fix that asap! Thank you ### 4/5 — Calendar bug *2021-09-16* Just had this recommended by a friend and the information here is fantastic! There’s a UI or UIX issue though, the calendar has white circles on every day but no numbers indicating what they represent (I’ve seen photos showing they are meant to have black numbers inside to show Luna day) Also there is nothing that indicates what day of the month your actually on, even just a thinker boarder on the inside of that day would be helpful. Anyway, love the app, love the depth of information, just please fix these tiny legibility issues 🙏 ### 4/5 — Great moon cycle app *2021-07-29* This is really a simple but accurate info on moon influence ! The extra star of appreciation would come the moment u offer a new & full moon reminder by sound, email or other in our agenda…. Bravo ! ### 4/5 — I love this app, but … *2021-07-23, version 2.1.6* The notification previews on the iPhone and Apple Watch for the phases with the Arabic names (don’t know what this is called) are always wrong, sometimes laughingly so. For example, yesterday we entered S’ad Bula: my Apple Watch notification described its essence as “Nurture and nutrition. Fulfillment.” However, opening the app I see the essence as: “conflict, separation, freedom, healing.” I assume the app is correct? Otherwise this is a very informative app - but it would be handy to have that notification glitch fixed. ### 4/5 — Doesn’t show the mansion numbers on the calendar *2021-06-02, version 2.1.6* On the calendar, there used to be the number of the mansion in the white circles to give a broad overview of the month. Now the white circles are empty. Is there an update I missed? I don’t see anything. 🙏🏻 ### 5/5 — Moonwatcher *2021-03-30, version 2.1.6* Love the app. Ease of use and useful information--except for that bottom section with the muslim names. I am not, nor ever will be muslim and resent the intrusion onto an otherwise great app. Please respect the original design and return to it. Eliminate the Muslim intrusion. ### 5/5 — Love this app! *2021-01-26, version 2.1.6* I wanted to get an app that allowed me to track the phases of the moon + the astrological sign that it’s currently in, and this app does that perfectly! Simple interface and easy to use. A great compliment to my spiritual practice. ### 4/5 — Long time app user *2021-01-05, version 2.1.6* Soooooo quick rundown, I actually pirated this app to see if it was any good and fell in love right away! So I bought it! This is probably sometime in 2014 or earlier. I adore their website, and love this app… you can get a ton of information on the go whenever needed. It is my sidekick for planning spells and events. I totally loved this app...Until recently. It used to show the lunar mansions in the monthly calendar but now it only shows white circles and I am not seein mansions anymore (iOS 14.0 on iPhoneXR). For a paid for app, I would hope for some growth in design and features by now. Don’t get me wrong, the app is just fine as it is I suppose, but for an app that’s been around as long as this one I would have thought you guys would at least have features that worked if not added features by now. Those are my only gripes, otherwise the app is perfect! If you are thinking about buying the app, I do recommend it especially if you are a newbie witch. Things I would like to see: -Planetary hours -The information about the lunar mansions as on the Lunarium site ### 5/5 — Excellent Daily Emotional Gauge of Energies ;-)! *2021-01-05, version 2.1.6* This simple & lovely app is an excellent emotional gauge of the energies of the day. I have been a “moon”ologist and user of this app since it’s inception and believe it to be very beneficial for those who are interested in energies of the day BEFORE yours and anyone else gets into the mix. Nice for astrologist and numerologist ;-)! So thank you to the creators who designed and kept the simplicity 😄 CM Pearce ### 5/5 — Recent update *2020-12-29, version 2.1.6* I love this app, have used it for years. I used it daily. Now it is reformatted where I literally cannot see the information on my screen because they didn't just change the ability to enlarge text--which is fine--but they also changed the size of the bubble frames that the content lives in and so now they are so gigantic that I can no longer see what's in them, even putting the text size on the smallest settling. I am so disappointed and now need to find a new app to replace my perfect-but-now-extinct iLuna pre- these unfortunate changes that ruined it. **Developer response:** Please send me a screenshot of your problem to alex@siriuslab.com. ### 1/5 — FIX IT! *2017-03-12* Have loved this app for years and it's fabulous. But for the year or so the moon phase explanation has been bugged; no info appears for New Moon and so the rest are all showing the following phase's explanation. Why hasn't this been fixed? I noticed an irregularity where it said that the moon was going into a sign, but the void area said that it was actually void. Not sure if that makes sense, however, I went to a couple of websites to see what was actually correct, and have done that since and I find that you are not syncing up at all with other astrology sites. With cancer the moon child in my family moon phases are important to time things in our lives. With this new upgrade under the now setting FONT IS TOO LARGE and I can’t see WHEN -the TIME- the moon is changing phases. Please bring back the times and fix this!!! I use this ap all day long when making plans and setting appointments. It’s also hard to read when you open up the date to find out about todays phase as it’s too large. Please fix. I’ve sent soo many people to this ap. With the other changes you’ve added and these new issues corrected this will be a five star ap! **Developer response:** Have you tried to adjust the font size in the settings? ### 2/5 — Good stuff *2020-12-21* This app used to be awesome, but now the numbers are missing from the lunar mansions feature on the calendar view, and as far as I can see there’s no way to lodge a complaint to have it fixed. It also kept spamming me with an annoying notification to “buy milk,” but I think maybe that was fixed in the most recent update? I’m not sure. I just want it fixed so it’s not a confusing eye-sore to look at.. ### 2/5 — So much potential.... *2018-06-12, version 2.1.4* This is one of those apps that you see so much potential in, and keep getting frustrated about. At first glance, the app seems awesome and accurate, but start flipping through dates and that's when things will get loopy. The lunar mansions information gives inaccurate results when a date is chosen. From there, if you pass the days either forward or backwards, lunar mansions will NOT change. Another problem is, the app hasn't been updated for one year. I wrote to the developers in their website, due to the fact I've purchased all their apps (Lunar Diary and Hours both paid apps) to let them know the mansions of the Moon were missing in them and in the iLuna app they're bugged... It's been about two weeks perhaps... No response. Developers must be sleeping and don't want to make money. 🙄😏 ### 3/5 — Notifications *2024-10-14* I just want to see star sign notifications and I can no longer do that no matter what configuration I have of notifications ### 3/5 — Clunky Now *2023-09-15* New version is almost unusable on an iPad, which I suspect affects the majority of users. Sizing of the month viewing panel cuts off the last week. Attempts to re-size the monthly view jerkily sends one to the adjacent month. This has been the best moon app for years. Please fix this and return us to sanity. Please be better. Thank you. It’s been a hard month now, no fix to the above. My text is sized to minimum, but last row of days on the monthly view is still cut off, not viewable on iPad. Please address this issue. ### 3/5 — Font change *2023-07-27* Hi. I am writing this here because there is no where else to connect. I formerly LOVED this app but today I noticed the font has changed to American typewriter, a serif font. Not sure why but the NEW FONT combination has made it much more difficult to read. I would say it’s trashed the app. I used check the app daily for moon placements and now it makes me cringe to look at it. The UX/UI person needs to fix. Other than that I love this app and use it daily! ### 5/5 — Phase, Void & Mansion Data *2024-04-12* I'm a big fan of Alexander's work, and the iLuna app is an essential for planning in daily life as well as for magical workings. I highly recommend his apps, they're accurate, well thought out and immediately useful. I’ve been a big fan of his online courses as well. It was good then; it’s even better now. The Mercury Retrograde info is absolutely necessary for planning, and the app even gives you the Rx Shadow information, so you can plan carefully. That's the only improvement I'd make: the ability to choose a monthly calendar that begins the week on Sunday, as much of the world is accustomed to-- a week beginning with the Sun's day. Perfectly color coded for the elements of the moon signs, It has a void of course notification which is incredibly useful. Edit: Can there be an option to turn off the lunar mansions notifications and just keep the moon sign notifications? There should be more customization ability for these notifications.
