Glitches out and does not work after signing in. Just a black screen with some jumbled text stacked

Not able to login on my iPhone 16 pro max. After entering Username and password the buttons go out of screen and aren’t able to interact. Stuck on login screen. I was told you can pay your fines on the app and that would be very helpful for me. Please fix!
