### 3/5 — Quick Balance on iPhone/ iPad error!

The quick balance does not work on iPhone nor iPad ??? When I try to access the quick balance the error message states; “Sorry we unable to load quick balance” “We are unable to load your quick balance at this time, please try again later”.

✅Update, “work around” - delete app then reinstall app, then in settings - turn quick balance off then on, as well as, turn quick balance on at start up. Save changes. Now quick balance will work.

Ever since updating to the new IOS the Face ID on my app stopped working. I’ve erased it and started fresh and it didn’t change anything. Hopefully an update is coming and it’ll fix it.

You shouldn’t have to scroll up or down to see you balances. Did anyone test the app before releasing it. Old app was easier and all info was on page, without having to look for info by scrolling up or down.
