At start up for the first time the app had you select 20 photos to down load. The app froze during the process. Upon restart the app stated that there was no model created from the photos that didn’t down load due to the crash freeze. There is no area of the app to create one anywhere. Only option selectable is to add more credit and that is about it. Sent customer service an email with no response. Sent three follow up and it’s been almost a week and no response help or credit back. They did respond to my review however and their direction did not work. Sent a 4th email for help after this. They finally repsounded back but only to online review did not credit me back for my purchase. Please credit me back for my purchase!!! Do not down load this app and company is a scam. I would give negative stars if I could and apple should not support unethical company’s on thier App Store. The credits are incredibly expensive for not many images, especially compared to other apps.
