The app helps you slow down, lower the intensity, and regain control before you act. No long meditations, complicated journals, or endless content — just clear steps when you need them most.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose what feels strongest: anger, hurt, or anxiety
• Start with a short guided breathing exercise
• Answer three simple questions about your emotions and urges
• Get three actions matched to your situation
• Say whether it helped

If the first action was not enough, the app will suggest another or a stronger way to steady yourself.

PAUSE BEFORE YOU REACT
Set a protective pause, start a timer, or write everything you want to say in a private no-send draft. You can return to your words later, when things feel calmer.

A short Calm Check helps you decide whether you are steady enough for one careful step or need a little more time.
