I’m Home app let me stay updated with my doctor and track recovery after a recent back injury and surgery.  Also gave me good tips for not causing damage again and gaining strength.

Just downloaded it a few days ago and I love it so far. I'm using it to keep track of all of my "homework" after getting out of the hospital. Talking with my nurse is easy and quick too.
