They all have a different sound & vibe so I’d guess different locations. The non-music & non-nature background white noise really really helps with ADHD & focusing for some reason. I’d really like to encourage this developer to keep tinkering with it, there is a need for this type of app & Coffeetivity is the only other ive found.
