HOW IT WORKS
Tap to begin a session. The app uses your microphone to monitor voice volume in real time. When your voice crosses your selected threshold, you will get a gentle nudge with a vibration and soft chime. Adjust the sensitivity to fit your voice, your environment, and your comfort. When your session ends, you will receive a simple report card to help you notice patterns and track progress.
