## What is I’m Okay?

I’m Okay is a simple daily check-in for people who live independently and the family and friends who care about them. Open the app and tap once to record today’s check-in.

EMAIL LIMITS
When an applicable check-in remains overdue, the service can attempt to email your trusted contacts so they know it may be time to reach out. I’m Okay cannot confirm that a message reached a recipient’s inbox, and email delivery is not assured. Contacts do not need another app.

PRIVACY WITHOUT SURVEILLANCE
I’m Okay focuses on deliberate check-ins instead of continuous location or health monitoring. The service processes profile, trusted-contact, check-in, device, and settings data to operate these features. See the Privacy Policy for current details, retention, and deletion choices.

IMPORTANT
I’m Okay is not an emergency service, medical device, fall detector, or substitute for contacting local emergency services. Reminders and email attempts can depend on notification permission, device settings, internet access, and service availability.

Pro features require an optional I’m Okay Pro subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

All the support links in the app and on the web site go nowhere. The pro version has several non-functional features that can’t be dealt with because it’s not possible to get support.

Grundsätzlich gute Idee für eine hilfreiche App, sieht auf den ersten Blick auch wertig aus, ist aber mies programmiert. 

Zig Variablen im GUI sichtbar, Schriftgrößen nicht angepasst, keine Preise für Pro-Plan erkennbar (nur Platzhalter). 
Offenbar keine Lifetime Lizenz verfügbar. 
=> gelöscht. Schade.

Pour l'instant ça marche. Je vis seule et cela rassure mes proches. Pour l'instant l'application fonctionne contrairement à d'autres qui au bout d'1 mois ne marchaient plus.

The whole idea is to notify if you don’t check in after 48 hours, well I checked in for 7 days straight and that was confirmed but in that time my chosen person was notified twice to say I hadn’t checked in.

Seems a well designed app, but it doesn’t appear to notify me to confirm I’m ok at the stated time of 9am. There is no notification at all, so I won’t be using this app, because I’d never remember to click the ok button otherwise.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback — and sorry about the confusion.

The app is intended to notify you at the scheduled time (e.g. 9am), so manual checking shouldn’t be necessary. Please try the following:
	1.	iOS Settings → I’m OK Today → Notifications, and make sure notifications are enabled.
	2.	Open the app → Settings, turn the reminder off and back on to refresh it.

We’ve confirmed notifications are working for other users, but if this still doesn’t help, please contact us at support@iamokaytoday.com so we can look into it.
