There are so many ways already that actually work, why would you build something new, especially if it doesn’t work? We have been able to stay open and maintain telehealth visits. Patient on boarding is super simple. Patients really appreciate having the ability to text our front office. ### 1/5 — Quite poor *2020-04-06, version 6.6.1* Because of the times we are in due to COVID19, my practice implemented this app. Even the simple aspects of this app, like adding patients, don’t consistently work. The worst part is, we got this app and planned to rely on it for teleheath during these trying times. To put it simply, video calls on this app compare similarly to video messaging on a 2004 Motorola in the remote parts of the Sahara Desert. The quality reminds me of my sons Minecraft game. To make matters worse, the people at I’m your doc tell me to switch off of WiFi to improve my video calls. Now, I ran my data over my allowed amount, and with the overage fees from my cell phone company, I could’ve just given my practice some money for a better product. Save yourself the headache. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2020-04-06, version 6.6.1* Even with the Covid-19 outbreak this app is still pointless. This app should have easily allowed us to adjust to the severe situation with its video chat and messaging. Instead, it has lead our practice to numerous issues with the app stalling, not allowing for users to login and freezing up when initiating video calls. After looking around.... I believe Zoom, even though it is a little more pricey, is the better product since they have been around for longer and have a better reputation for customer service. ### 5/5 — Great Addition *2020-04-04, version 6.5* In the current climate this has been a superb addition to our practice.
