You can resize by % or pixel size, and it gives you an estimate of the file size you'll wind up with. Then go to lower left on iPhone, tap up arrow, and select where you want the resized photo to go (mail, photos, cloud, etc... Very simple yet elegant interface. And free. I've tried to email five photos to someone only to have their mail program say it can't open the images because they are too large! This is a super quick and easy solution. I just resize them. The nice thing is it saves them in a separate folder, leaving the original untouched. It's the only one I've found that will upsize an image, and it lets you set the exact pixel size. Best part is it shows you current photo size and dimensions (which Apple doesn't like to do easily) then it also shows you size and dimension of adjusted photo before you save it!
