The output is not as good as other image resizers.

My only concern is that it does not seem to use AI for increasing a File’s dimensions. Apple said that I had a developer’s response to my comment, but I don’t see one. In any case, AI for increasing file sizes would be helpful, the other thing that would be helpful, is the ability to move the crop box when doing a bulk resize. In other words, for some images I would want to crop out the bottom in others I would crop out the top, for others I would place a crop box in the middle, and take a little bit off the top and bottom… It would be good to have the ability to adjust that during the bulk resize. size. All things considered, it’s a very good app. The price increased suddenly, grandfathering in previous users would be a more reasonable approach.

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you very much for your valuable feedback! There is indeed no AI-based enlargement in iSize yet. It is now on our TODO list.  We will also take into account the other your suggestions.

  UPDATE:  Setting the default JPEG compression / quality is already available in version 2.2!

This version introduces the high-quality image enlargement using AI.

AI enlargement takes more time than the regular upscaling algorithm. However, it achieves a much better output image quality. Recommended when enlarging images substantially.

AI enlargement is currently only available in the single image resizing mode. Configure the desired size (larger than the original), and select the "AI enlarge" upsampling option.
