When I first downloaded the app, it worked okay. But lately I haven’t been able to transfer my Ricoh GRIIIx photos to it. I’ve tried both Bluetooth and WiFi but neither works. 

It is frustrating to say the least.

アプリからカメラ内のデータをダウンロードできますが、削除することができないです。
GUIもボタンが表示されたりされなかったり、ボタンを押しても何も起こらなかったりチグハグな所が多々あります。

iOS26に対応していると謳うが下のタブバーの見た目と、カメラ選択を閉じるボタンがリキッドグラスの様になっただけで、挙動はおかしい。タブバーから「カメラ内画像」を選択するとカメラの選択画面が出てくるが、そこから別のタブに切り替えができないため、リキッドグラスの滑らかなUIと相性が悪い。
そもそもカメラ内画像や撮影を選択する際に、毎回カメラ機種から選ばせるのもおかしな話で、ユーザーは大抵は前回使ったカメラや、複数台持っている人でもせいぜい数台程度であるから、カメラ内画像や撮影を選択する際に出てくるべき画面は、カメラ機種を選ばせる画面ではなく、接続したことのあるカメラを選択をする画面であるべき。など、ユーザーの利便性を考えてない必要最低限のアプリです。

This app has always been glitching in hooking up, but at least within the third try it would work I you could download images. Now it won’t even link the WiFi and when on a trip without a computer it is frustrating that I cannot post any pictures from the camera.

If you manage to get thumbnails from your camera, which is pretty unlikely - I just waited 15 minutes with the drive light flickering madly and NOTHING appeared on the iPad - then downloading even a single JPEG takes a RIDICULOUS amount of time. I don’t believe this app has ever been tested with a large, nearly full SD card.

転送が遅いのは100歩譲って、接続が悪すぎる。
転送中にiPhoneがスリープになって（画面を触ってないから）、接続が切れてやり直し。使いづらいです。
転送中はスリープモードOFFにできるようにして欲しいです。

それと、転送中にスクロールできないのがうざい。
他の写真の転送進捗率（どれくらい進んでいるか）を確認したいのに、スクロールして見れないのはどうなんですかね...

I do not understand people who have problem with this app.  It's simple and easy and work efficiently. Very simple to use. Do they deseve 5 stars, I give five the app work good, very simple and very easy, it's do what it's have to do. Im not sure if it's the app the problem or many user who seem to have problems I don't understand why.

K-1 MkIIとK-3 MkIII Monochromeで使用してます。
特にK-3 III Mでは一度接続しておくと写真データに位置情報が付く仕組みはよくできてますね。K-1みたいにGPSをカメラに組み込まなくても位置情報が入るのは良いです。手間もそんなにかかりませんし。
スマホへの写真転送は必要な時しか使ってませんが、設定でリサイズしたJPGで転送することもできるのでこれも便利。
私の用途では必要にして十分、満足してます。

Non è l’app più bella possibile, ma fa assolutamente tutto ciò che deve fare. Si connette sempre al primo colpo, scarica le foto velocemente, sincronizza posizione e orologio. L’esperienza con app equivalenti di Fujifilm e Sony è stata ben peggiore!

You must read the manual to get the most out of Image Sync. This is not optional. 

File transfer from GR series camera to iPhone or iPad works fine, but not as quickly as connecting an SD card directly to a Mac or other device, as you might expect.

Geo tagging images works accurately with GR series RAW images. That is totally cool. 

Have not tried remote control, but will edit this after doing so.
