Worst app ever, paid $9.99 and it won’t even load….  Refund please!!

**Developer response:** We’re very sorry about this — especially after you paid. That’s not the experience we want for you.

Please request a refund directly through the App Store/Google Play purchase system, since refunds are handled by the store provider:
• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: play.google.com/store/account

If the app still won’t load, please try these steps:
1. Fully close the app
2. Restart your device
3. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
4. Delete and reinstall the app
5. Check that your internet connection is stable

If it still fails after that, please contact our support team with:

• OS version
• app version
• a screenshot or screen recording of the loading issue

Piss poor I’m not gonna pay money  site unseen for software. I don’t know how well it’s gonna work
