### 1/5 — Lost all pics

*2025-12-09*

I updated the app and now all pics is gone. How can I get it back ?

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback regarding your missing local files after updating the app.
After a thorough technical verification, we would like to clarify the iOS system mechanism first:
Official iOS app updates will never delete files saved in the App Documents folder. All user local data is completely reserved and migrated during normal version upgrades. Therefore, simply updating the app will not cause file loss.
Based on your situation, the most likely reason for the missing local files is that the Clear All Local Files option in the app settings was accidentally triggered. This function is designed to completely clear all locally cached and saved app data, which will result in irreversible deletion of local files.
In addition, rare scenarios such as incomplete system upgrade migration, abnormal app reinstallation, or system forced cleanup due to insufficient device storage may also cause data exceptions.
Data Recovery Suggestion
Unfortunately, local files cleared by the manual cleanup function cannot be directly recovered through the app.
If you have previously saved your images to the system photo album via the app’s share/export function, those files are still retained in your device gallery and can be reused normally.
We sincerely recommend that you back up important edited images to your phone album in time to avoid accidental data loss.

### 1/5 — Service Error

Anyone else getting this message after downloading and then trying to open the app?

### 3/5 — Great app but crashes

*2020-03-12*

Great little app the only thing is it crashes when you’re half way through something so you have to save often.

### 4/5 — How do you download images?

### 5/5 — Great app, does what it says.

Fantastic app to batch download pages. Only thing is that it downloads gifs as images instead of as the original gif. Other than that, great app. 5 stars

### 5/5 — Wow I love it

I just download this app and very interesting. I never see this kind of app before downloading all images at once from any web site. Thank you app developer you made a lovely app. Recommended five stars app.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — 5 star app for me.

*2018-11-30*

Got this because it went free, but, after using it, I’d be willing to pay for it. The app is well designed and fairly intuitive to figure out. Simply paste a url into the built into browser and it pulls down all the images on a site. It has good filters to separate jpeg, png, tiff, and gif images and makes it easy to delete the ones you don’t want. It also allows you to filter for image size, although I found that a bit awkward. overall, I feel this is an excellent app and well worth downloading. It’s the lack of good niche apps like this that limit the ability to use the ipad as a substitute for a computer. This is a good step in the right direction.

### 5/5 — Easy!

*2016-03-06*

Easy to use. Great!
