Als ich die Abbuchung gsah, dachte ich erst, ich hab was übersehen. Aber aus den Retensionen anderer Kunden sehe ich dass ich scheinbar nicht der einzige bin, der die App in dem Glauben installiert hat, es gäbe eine kostenlose Testversion für drei Tage, und dann aber direkt zur Kasse gebeten wird. 
Ist das zulässig? Ich finde das dreist. 
Nebenbei: die KI Filter haben nur sehr entfernte Ähnlichkeit mit den Gesichtern der Vorlagen; das reicht mir nicht. Und 6,99€ ist es gleich gar nicht wert!

Das grenzt fast an Betrug. Wollte die drei Tage Trial-Version ausprobieren und hatte direkt das Jahresabo für knapp 100 €. Wäre ja nicht schlimm, wenn es annähernd das halten würde, was sie versprechen. Face Swap funktioniert schon mal nicht. Auch andere Funktionen sind nicht einsetzbar. Schwarz-weiß Fotos Einfärben funktioniert, jedoch können das andere Programm wesentlich weniger kosten besser. Auch die Fotos, die man durch Texteingabe von der KI erstellen kann, ist alles andere als gut. Habe direkt gekündigt , die 100 € bin ich jedoch los. Am meisten ärgert mich jedoch, dass ich ein nutzloses Programm habe. Da fragt man sich, ob man bei Apple mittlerweile Sterne kaufen kann. Mein Tipp an euch, Finger weg von der App.

Die Zahlung für die volle Nutzung habe ich auch storniert!
Nun versuche ich seit Tagen ob euer Programm wieder geht, nichts, das ist nicht alles ihr meldet Veränderungen nicht an und es gibt auch keine Information was geändert wird und wie lange es dauert! 🥵🥵
Doch die größte Schande ist das ihr das Geld für ein Abo weiter einzieht und auch keine Entschädigung kommt!😳😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Es scheint euch völlig am Allerwertesten vorbei zu gehen Hauptsache ist das die Nutzer weiter Zahlen, das Abo wird ja automatisch verlängert!
