## What is ImageryWork?

Guided Imagery is a gentle yet powerful method to relieve stress. It combines deep relaxation with sensory images that change experience and the way you cope with challenges. Dr. Miriam Franco, LCSW, Psy.D. is a psychologist, social worker, certified Guided Imagery practitioner and a Multiple Sclerosis Specialist. She obtained her MSW degree from Smith Graduate School of Social Work, her Psy.D. from Immaculata University Graduate School of Psychology, her certification in Guided Imagery from Beyond Ordinary Nursing of the American Nursing Association and her MS specialization from the Consortium of MS Centers. She is also a certified Relational Psychoanalyst having graduated from the Institute for Relational Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia.

I paid and downloaded the app for nothing :( as it has nothing on it. Just a few lines written. It doesn’t have audios nor exercises…

The download page is not clear at all about the true cost. No indication of subscription required or in-app purchase. Furthermore, if one tries to subscribe, the link takes one to a useless web page, where links are just endless loops circling back to the useless page. 
For your $5.99 app purchase, you get nothing but frustration.

I was a college athlete and took one of Dr.Franco's GI workshops and am thrilled she now has an app. I used to get so worked up before games and I learned to relax into sleep and improve my performance with her GI tracks.  Now with all the work stress I experience, I use several of her brief exercises on this app and in 10 minutes I'm de-stressed and re balanced.

This guided imagery is an effective way to de-stress and relax! As someone who has had difficulty with traditional meditation techniques, I was excited to discover guided imagery. What’s great is that I can practice it anywhere - either before I head to sleep or if I’m having a stressful day at work. I’m grateful for this app!

I saw an ad for this app in a MS Magazine. The app seams like a great idea, but I don’t want to spend $3 a month to unlock more features. Needs a little more work.
