When pulling up both the incident report (driver license section) does not give option to pull up elite utilities app via scan driver license, doesn't work. Even if you were to try to pull up app separate it'll scan but work transfer data being that it wasn't pulled up via driver licence scanner section.

I’ve set up our run form to include the button for using the camera or a Bluetooth barcode scanner. It beeps and flashes like it wants to do something, but nothing happens. ImageTrend offers no support on their customer support site and this listing gives no instructions for troubleshooting. What a waste.

**Developer response:** We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Based on your feedback, we will be making improvements to the app's support resources.
 
The app itself works with the built in camera of the iPad and is not tested for Bluetooth barcode scanners. You may need to disable the Bluetooth scanner by powering it down or unpairing from the iPad. Then, use the scan button from Elite™ to initiate the ImageTrend Elite Utilities app and perform a scan. More complete instructions are available in ImageTrend University, which is available through the "Help/University" link in Elite.

Nothing too special to write. The app seems to work as advertised. We haven’t had any issues using this in testing.
