Tenéis que mejorar la aplicación porque se bloquea enormemente y es imposible poder hacer lo que uno necesita hacer rápidamente, muchos minutos cargando y no pasa absolutamente nada, toca cerrar y volver a entrar.

Al instalar la app y al abrirla me sale esto:

No ha sido posible establecer la conexión.
Por favor, inténtelo de nuevo más tarde.

Tengo conexión a internet y me sale el error. Y no puedo acceder a mi cuenta bancaria. 

Soporte no me ha sabido ayudar siempre me dice de desinstalar y volver a instalar la app, cosa que he hecho y mi iPhone se encuentra en la última versión de iOS.
