They said 7-10 business days and it’s been 12 business days. And they want to charge me $25 to get an expedited card or to just wait until the initial card gets here. And that is from any device. No one able to help access the account. Other than typical reseting every which still doesn’t work. All I get from the reps are temporary passwords and told to allow 24 hours. Now the bill is due and a link is sent so that you don’t have to access the account well how about the link doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2026-04-01, version 4.22.47* I have credit left on my account to spend. However, I have not been able to use my card. I have spoken to 3 different people and they say that it is fixed, but I still cannot use my card. ### 1/5 — Scammy *2026-03-26, version 4.22.47* This company is very scammy. When I applied and was approved they never told me a limit or any other information. When my card arrived all it showed was my limit. When I activated my card it all of a sudden showed a $99 charge on it. Do not trust this company. It is extremely unfair and poorly managed. They can close your card without clear reason. I opened my account from one of their bulk marketing mailings and was given $1,000 line of credit. I have utilized the ap by making payments from my debit card and posts instantly. This is a must have feature for when using it for daily use while rebuilding my credit. It’s a great alternative to my bank’s credit card, Capital One which I also use. I never have had access issues and all in all a great experience ### 5/5 — Pretty straightforward *2025-04-25, version 4.22.44* Not sure where the issue is with all of the bad reviews, but for now I see no problem. Annual fee is disclosed loudly and prominently prior to application, card arrived within the 7-10 day window (and any issues experienced in that area are likely caused by the postal service) log in is simple, Face ID works fine. Auto-pay was streamlined and compatible with all account/routing numbers as well as all Major Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). A carbon copy of the website, actually (the last App Store update shows as 8 months ago, which is prior to many of the visible poor reviews). Will update if I encounter any problems moving forward. ### 4/5 — So Far So Good *2026-04-30, version 4.22.47* I received my card almost a week ago I’ve made a couple of purchases with smooth transactions ok so I just downloaded the app to manage my account I clicked create account put my credentials in and it said i already have an account lol the saying is that the mind is the first thing to go I swear I don’t remember making one i know I didn’t but anywho i clicked Forgot password or username I put my credentials in again then it said we found your account where do you want your information sent to so i clicked on the part where i supposed to put my email and it didn’t work I clicked and clicked and clicked it wouldn’t allow me to type anything can you Imagine that😁Please Help Me🤦‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Cards ok app is junk *2025-07-03, version 4.22.44* Cards ok the app is junk ### 2/5 — Missing or broken functions, inept support reps! *2024-08-11, version 4.22.44* I can see my charges, balance, available credit, etc., as expected by any credit card app. And have the ability to lock/unlock my card instantly any time. However, there is no ability to view my card number and details (almost every credit card I have has this ability) for those moments when I do not have my card in front of me. Also, the notifications DO NOT work. I have everything turned on within the app settings and have verified that notifications are allowed on my devices. *I eventually installed the app on two smartphones and one tablet just to be certain that this is not limited to my main phone. After speaking with three different reps, who all were barely paying attention to what I was initially explaining, I finally was told by the last rep that I should “wait some time for the notifications to appear”. That’s not how push notifications work, but I just gave up trying to explain to him a 5th time. It has been about a week and nothing has alerted me to any activity on my card. I even made a small purchase specifically to see if the notification would appear; it has not. *Note that the notifications are specifically designed for “Purchase Alerts: …an alert when there is purchase activity on [my] account” and “Payment Alerts” (we shall see how this one goes at my next payment). The first rep wanted to cancel my card and send me a new replacement card. Why?!? It’s the app! If these issues are properly addressed, and the customer service is improved with reps who actually seem to be trained and who listen to what is being described to them, I am happy to change my rating and exit my review.
