After trying it for about two weeks, I contacted customer support to cancel and requested a refund for the remaining time I wouldn’t be using. That’s where things really went downhill. It’s now been 3 months, and I still haven’t received any refund. Communication has been slow, unclear, and honestly frustrating. Customer support has been extremely disappointing and not helpful at all. The tool itself might work for some people, but based on my experience, the lack of reliable support and accountability is a big red flag. When I contacted them to request a refund, I was informed that they only refund 50%, even when the renewal was not clearly avoidable. To make matters worse, customer support takes 3–5 days to respond, which is far too slow for billing-related issues. By the time you receive a reply, the charge has already settled and your options are limited. Potential users should proceed with caution. If you decide to try Image Art, be fully aware that canceling is not straightforward, refunds are partial at best, and support is slow. I was charged $442.80 upfront, which came as a surprise. I canceled the subscription immediately, used 0 credits, and contacted support right away to request a refund. While I did receive automated emails and an initial response asking for more information, the refund process has been slow and frustrating. The platform may have useful features, but my experience with the billing presentation and customer support response time has been disappointing. I hope the company improves transparency around annual billing charges and provides faster support for billing issues. One suggestion: if you think there’s still a reasonable chance they may approve your refund, you might want to wait until they make a final decision before posting the review. One of the best features was the real-time image generator but that was removed. The option to increase steps for image generation has also now been limited to very few art styles. Some of the very cool art styles have been replaced with rudimentary options which don’t produce high quality images. The worst thing they’ve done is include a maximum number of daily images- even for the monthly and lifetime subscriptions Overall, this app has been on a decline for months. It just keeps getting worse and worse. A 1 star review is generous 5/20/26 App won’t launch after update. The web and mobile app sync is still a want for me but the web version works great on mobile browsers so that is a win for me! I will us the mobile app on my iPhone as a quick idea generator and save my results so I can refine later on web. First off, I want to say you’ve done an amazing job with the platform—it’s been incredible That said, I’d really love to see a few features added, especially to support creative projects like developing my card game. Specifically: • Character Reference Support: A way to create and store visual and written references for characters, so they can be reused or built upon consistently. • Content Reference Tools: The ability to reference previous concepts, cards, or mechanics during the creative process. • Image-to-Image Prompting: Please consider allowing users to type a prompt before generating a new image from an uploaded one. Right now, the “Upload Inspiration” feature is too limited—we can’t properly use our own images as true creative bases. Lastly, I really miss the old user interface and the older model options and styles. They were simpler, more intuitive, and offered more flexibility for creative workflows.
