## What is iMaher Engineer?

من خلال تلك التطبيق يمكن للمهندس متابعة جميع اوامر الشغل الموجه اليه والعمل عليها حتي يتم تنفيذها
 
بعد انتهاء العميل من وضع طلب صيانة يتحول الطلب الي مدير النظام
بعد استلام طلب الصيانة يتم انشاء امر عمل من طلب الصيانة
يتم احالة امر العمل الخاص باحد  احد العملاء الى حساب احد موظفي الصيانة   ( مهندس الصيانة)
يظهر لدى الموظف الفني  (المهندس) بيانات العميل وموقعه على غوغل ماب
وكذلك يظهر له نوع المشكلة وصور عنها
يستطيع المهندس رفض او قبول امر العمل
اذا تم الموافقه علي بدء امر العمل يتحول حالة امر العمل الي تم التنفيذ.
فى حال طلب قطع غيار علي امر العمل يتحول حالته الي "معلق"
بعد الانتهاء من امر  العمل يقوم بكتابة تقرير عن امر العمل يتضمن (نوع العطل – الاجراء المتخذ). 
بعدها  يضغط الموظف الفني انه تم تنفيذ "امر العمل" حتى يعرف المدير بذلك ويشاهد تقريره.
بمكن رؤية جميع ما تم عمله علي امر العمل من خلال الضغط علي "الانشطة".
يستطيع العميل فقط غلق امر العمل وتحويل حالته الي مغلق.
