I really truly wish I could turn OFF the feature to automatically check for metal price updates. It drains my iPhone battery fairly quickly. Yes, in iPhone Settings there is a way to turn this off. However as soon as I close out of the Settings section, the app turns this feature back on. Immediately. However, I find that the list of stones is much less than half complete with an up to date list of stones. When a common stone like amethyst is not on a list of purple stones, there needs to be some updating done. Very useful though, for weights and conversions and sizes.
