Will be more useful when the wireless probes are available but until then it's just as good as my ak900's. Btw, cooper Atkins makes the wired probes if you don't want to pay double the price for the imanifold name. I bought two copper Atkins pipe clamp temp probes model 4005 for $79 vs $144!!! The wireless probes will have to be imanifolds product which is fine with me but I think it's a shame they markup probes that are already on the market to make a few dollars off us hard working hvac techs! I plan on just getting the temp and humidity wireless probes. I don't feel the need to buy the wireless pressure probes at the moment. Short hoses will work fine for me at this time until the prices go down a bit. Hope this helps everyone save a few dollars! This is my first imperial product! ### 5/5 — Email problems *2014-05-12, version 0.5.7* I can't get it so email the report. It says sent but never sends. Also what about incorporating the print option on the iPhone. If I can just print it in my truck I can attach it to the invoice. I get my manifold this week. Can't wait until all is up and running. I pick it up and try using again and find I have to login now every time and find the app has changed. I had no idea what I was looking at. The app looks horrible. Why change such a good thing. But now with your new version 2.0 it needs to be user friendly. Stop trying to redesigning the App and go back to the original design. It is really sad and says a lot about your company of your App doesn’t work. If anyone is having problems download the Clearesult iManfold. If the App is it fix this week I’m going to ask our company’s money back so our technicians can get Manfolds that work. ### 1/5 — The old version was better *2019-01-11, version 2.0.9* Like many others, I have been using the iManifold for a couple of years. The old version of the app was much more user friendly. I find that the new version is very clunky and difficult to navigate. I only care about seeing the gauges and temperatures. Can you please put the old version back on the app store, maybe as a second download option? ### 1/5 — Horrible *2018-12-19, version 2.0.7* I used to love the older version and used it just about everyday. The new update is horrible. The log in feature is a time waster in the field and I hate the fact that they removed the clock gas meter feature which I used on a daily basis for combustion analysis and input verification. I would not recommend this app to anyone! ### 1/5 — From awesome to Baaaddddd *2018-11-26, version 2.0.4* I’ve being using the app and manifold for over a year now and it was a delight to work with, having no issue with either one. The new 2.0 version have just destroyed that good experience. It was not ready for the public, with many glitches to be fixed. If you connect your manifold to the app it doesn't show the gauges. You are force to login now to experience the app. Too much information cramp in one place. The cleanness of the app is gone. I’m not updating my tablet. At this point, going back to old version will be an update. Dashboard features are excellent for my business. Keep it up. ### 5/5 — Destroyed a Fantastic App *2018-12-07, version 2.0.7* I have given this some time, but its just terrible now... For all the updates you have released this application is still terrible. You have way to much info on the screen, everything is cluttered, the sleek display of the former version is gone. We have been using this equipment for 4 years and you have now made our equipment totally unusable ! We invested heavily in your product to the tune of $20,000 and we are rewarded with an amazing product. Now you have slapped us in the face and kicked us whilst we are down by releasing a pice of software that has destroyed your platform... Turn the clock back, remove this update and put it back to where it was... Im just glad you didnt update the Clearesult version as we all use that now.. Please remove this update its terrible.... I recently had a little trouble with it and the support staff helped me get to the bottom of it and now it's working great...Good response time. ### 5/5 — Awesome tool!! *2016-09-30, version 0.9.3* I love using the iManafold app along with the iConnect, it's a very a advanced tool and all my customers love the report features. With every update it just keeps getting better, keep up the great work!! Jim Bergman just keeps rolling out new features every month. I've used service assistant tool for FM and Utility projects and this system blows it away. Hoping Jim starts putting commercial refrigeration and RTU maintenance check lists like ASRAE 180 and ANSI/ACCA 14 QMref some rack circuit testing and verification would be nice too. ### 5/5 — iConnect *2016-01-20, version 0.8.9* Used for 1.5 months and to 3rd generation customers. Love this product. ### 5/5 — New Wave HVAC *2016-01-17, version 0.8.9* Yes, I can do everything the "old school" way...superheat, subcool, EER, target temp split. Why not be able to do it on every call without spending too much time running back and forth to get the information? This is a fantastic product. I got the iConnect specifically to be able to capture data accurately and be able to communicate the information to the customer with visual proof of what the system is doing at that moment. I can honestly say I haven't used a single other set of gauges since purchasing and won't be using anything else any time soon. It does take a little practice to set up and do it quickly but if you take the time, profile each customer and their subsequent systems (I.e. Tom Jones 1st floor, Tom Jones 2nd floor) and have all the information available for the next trip out, you really make it work for you. Being able to permanently profile and, with the use of a cloud account, save and recall and even share with other company users on a company account, you make each system check and service call end with quantifiable data and a great pdf file to send to the customer or even the next tech out months down the line. If you take e time, it will end up saving you time and effort and you'll have dead accurate information to tune a system in perfectly. ### 5/5 — Commercial refrigeration tech *2015-03-01, version 0.8.0* I am a commercial refrigeration tech and have been using the imanifold for a few months now and love it. By far one of the best investments iv made in my opinion. Love the stubby wireless gauges for small self contained equipment and ice machines that have critical charges. I do 98% refrigeration, walk ins, ice machines, self contained kitchen equipment, etc but do have some rtu's I service. It's great to be able to trend data during pms on them and compare data on return visits to see what, if anything has changed. There's so much that this manifold can do and offers that I couldn't even get started listing it but their website has great info on that. ### 5/5 — Wow! *2014-07-29, version 0.6.0* This app is amazing! I will be getting the manifold and other tools to go with it to use it to its full potential. Talk about innovative technology at it's finest!!! To be able to plug in your readings and get feedback on how the system is performing is invaluable. Once the gauge set is released it will be that much more powerful.
