Great tool for business. Hope to see performance improvements on maps with large amounts of data. Exactly what we were looking for. ### 5/5 — Really Powerful app *2015-07-08, version 5.0* The original IMAP was a great idea, but now that you've added colored pins, spreadsheet capability, etc.... GPS is great, but with iMap you can plan routes with ease. This will definitely save you time that be turned into money. Buy now ### 5/5 — Great app, awesome customer service *2012-09-21, version 4.0* If you are an outside sales person, you need this app. You can see all your customers that are in your address book at a glance on a map, plan out your route, and even find places to stay the night or take your customer to lunch the next day. If you're like me and have a large territory that is constantly changing, this app is a must have. Customer service is off the charts too. I email a question to the designer and I received a response in no time. We even talked about how to make the app better and he welcomed any suggestions. Spend the money and buy it now! We'll spend more than this at Starbucks this morning anyway and this is way more beneficial. ### 5/5 — I use this app daily in my sales job *2012-02-07, version 4.0* This app is one of my cornerstone pieces of software I use to operate my daily tasks. I track my progress for nearby accounts. I've used the map for social reinforcement by showing doctors who else nearby is using our products. And when I have extra time I can easily discover if there are nearby prospective accounts I could possibly visit. I've recommended this app to many colleagues who have adapted it into their routine also. I highly recommend using iMap HD. ### 3/5 — Almost there... *2012-01-24, version 4.0* Overall the App is pretty easy to use. Would like to see a few enhancements though: (1) Interface to Exchange Contacts Groups (2) Ability to assign categories, different colored push pins etc to make something distinguishing about the contacts on the map. We are more efficient as a Sales force with this app. Customer service is top notch; the owner even called me. I am looking forward to future revisions. It makes it so easy for me plan my days out so I can efficiently see all of my appointments in a given week. I've not tracked it, but I'm sure it's helped me cut my fuel consumption. I love that I can drop pins on nearby customers so I can drop in on the go too! I highly recommend this app. ### 5/5 — Great Sales Call Organizer *2011-08-20, version 4.0* After 30 years of looking through spreadsheets for contact info, pouring over maps on the side of the road, making a call list, running by the seat of pants sometimes, this is a godsend. Enter your notes on the iPad as soon as you finish your sales call, and email it to the office. Incredible. The trip manager portion that finds nearby hotels, coffee shops etc, also such a timesaver. This app is improving all the time. The developer who is very helpful, is committed to the app, and the needs of salespeople. I would highly recommend you download this app, just to experiment with, and see how you like it. It costs less than a map and a stack of 3 x 5 cards!, if you don't like it delete, but I think you will. ### 5/5 — Fit my needs perfectly. World Class customer service!!! *2011-07-07, version 4.0* I purchased this to supplement my travels as a Sales Manager for my company over the entire U.S. I oversee 13 sales reps and this helped me track their territories and pinpoint the dealer locations very well. I had a stumble at first and sent an email to the creator of the app. Within an hour or so I actually received a phone call from him and his suggestion worked perfectly. For the small price I paid for the app this is top notch concern for a customer which is seldom seen anywhere in this day and age. Thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you again. I look forward to seeing the new apps that you were mentioning. ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2011-06-23, version 4.0* If you are in sales and don't have this app it's a mistake. Ability to find prospects or customers, get directions, manage fuel costs and time, keep call notes...it's awesome. Not only is it worth the money, I'd go as far as saying it would be easy to recoup the costs of this app AND the iPad in fuel savings alone...not to mention productivity increase. I have reported this with no response. I want my money back! ### 1/5 — Misleading Capabilities and NO User Guide *2010-10-29, version 0* IMap HD is practically useless without a 3G iPad! It parses a Contact data base inconsistently, omitting some data. Even in my home WiFi, it does not update my location. Thé company owner states that it cannot import data, clearly promised in the iTunes product description. I sûre wish there were an app thaï would really perform up to thèse claims! I feel this app makes deceptive claims and I feel decieved. ### 2/5 — Disappointing........ *2013-06-29, version 4.0* I'm in sales and have over 1,000 contacts listed. Sure I can see them, but this app doesn't utilize GPS tracking. This is extremely disappointing since I bought this to see who is around me and how I can get there. This app will only show a pin drop of your current location, it will not move as you do. There are some nice features, and until this app can track your position while displaying contacts, this app is useless to me. I purchased another app for 1/5 the cost that not only tracks my position, but also loads the contacts much, much faster. ### 2/5 — Love Hate *2010-12-07, version 0* I love the application. But I do not have the 3G version so I can never get it to work without a WiFi connection. Meaning it always loses it location when you close it. If the contacts could always stay on when you open the App. I live in sales and travel all the time. I would rate this 5 if the location could be programmed manually like it said it would. Esceialy for 10$. So I rate it a 2 otherwise. ### 3/5 — Travel Mgmt of limited use *2013-04-07, version 4.0* The mapping portion of this app works fairly well. I purchased the Travel Management module, and I've found it lacking. Adding stops is simple. The resulting map, however, is not particularly useful. First, the names of the contacts do not appear when I select the pushpins; only the addresses appear. This makes it difficult to determine who's at that location, unless I go back and look up the address. Second, the map is of no use to actually navigate. There appears to be no way to start the route and follow it via GPS. I'd give the Travel Management module 1 star, which is disappointing because its description matches my needs exactly. There also is no Help feature in the app, or it's very well hidden. ### 3/5 — Sales Rep *2012-02-20, version 4.0* Travel Management does not work as it should. To add a contact to your itinerary you must already know where it is on the map. Skips a lot and deletes. Good app if you know where you are and where you are going. I'm giving iMap 4 stars. Stephen provides excellent service-seriously-He gets back to me within minutes of sending an email. I've never emailed him during normal business hours. When does that ever happen?? Organizes info clearly and efficiently with lots of options to customize. Great customer service as well- I had an issue getting my map to load (due to my own error) and the founder emailed me back with a solution within minutes- and continued to support me until everything was up and running! We had a string of emails until he figured out my problem. I am very satisfied. Had one issues loading the map file, but Support was there to help and stayed with it until it was resolved. Loading map was due to not having the "Use Location Services" turned on in the I-Pad settings IMap app. All in all great App and support. ### 5/5 — iMAP 5.0 - The best! *2015-07-24, version 5.1* I manage a large sales territory and have searched high and low for a mapping product like this! I have tried them all and nothing compares. You can import from contacts or multiple excel spreadsheets. To many great features to list them all. The developer is really fast at answering questions and I would give it 10 stars if I could. I read the review worst app ever and do not know how the reviewer came to that conclusion . I have used earlier versions, and by far the improvements made to this version are awesome. I manage over 700 customers in both direct sales and distribution customers. I have also found this company to be very serious about customer service and help. This app is going to rock my call efficiency. I love the excel spreadsheet format for mapping and tracking my customers and prospects. I have well over 1,000 locations mapped. It makes managing my large territory very easy. I could not imagine not having it. It's a must for all sales people.
