## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App blank with nothing on it

*2022-08-01*

I was told to download this app to view invasive weeds and to help report invasive weeds but the app is empty with nothing on it.

### 1/5 — Great Horrible App

*2021-11-13*

I have tried to use this app a dozen times to no avail. No matter how many times I reset my password (I didn’t forget my password it just never works) I can never get in. I am entering the right password.

**Developer response:** Sorry that you are having trouble signing in to the iMap Mobile App. To resolve this issue, please contact your state/jurisdiction administrator: www.imapinvasives.org/contact-us

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2020-12-05*

When you open the help screen a window pops up but the x is so far at the top to close it that it’s off the screen. You need to reboot your phone to get back to the beginning.

### 3/5 — Need a close or back button

*2026-01-09*

If you go to report an invasive but change your mind there is no way to close the reporting screen or go back to the home screen

### 4/5 — Could be improved

*2020-09-13*

App works well but improvements could be made. Particularly, reference pictures of the invasive species would be helpful- rather than just a list of names. Without this function, it leaves users having to bounce between the app and their internet browser to see what each item listed looks like.

### 4/5 — App trouble

*2016-03-23*

Using an iPhone6 and iOS 8.3(12F70) the application is impossible to use on my phone. The selection species list comes up as none for every option. I've seen it work on other phones, and the app looks great, but it seems to have bugs.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. Please ensure you have the latest version of the app since many of these issues have now been resolved. Please contact us via www.imapinvasives.org if you continue to experience difficulty.

### 5/5 — Love the tool!

*2022-06-06*

The app Is very simple and easy to use. Love being able to report invasive species in NY.

### 5/5 — Reporting invasives through citizen science

*2018-10-17*

Very user friendly and easy to submit observations
