With the new update I can no longer use this app ### 1/5 — App force closes *2019-09-20, version 2.1.1* Was working fine until the last month. Trying to open layers and it force closes. If you want to search for a property by owner name, you always have to use the man’s name. Anytime I put in the woman’s name, it says no results found. If I don’t know the husband’s name, I have to go to the website version instead. I believe the reason is probably that the search only looks at “primary” owner. It’s bad enough that our flawed system is always putting the man’s name first on the deed, even if the woman is the primary on the mortgage, etc. This app makes the sexism so much more obvious and difficult to use. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2013-09-29, version 1.0.0* Still cannot find an index of the crime icon meanings. If it is there, it is not intuitive to find & not all icons are intuitive. And upon resizing the map, it frequently never finishes re-painting all segments of the map. Compared to all the other municipalities in the area, Wake Co’s mapping systems are hands down easiest to use and this app takes it to the next level. And now it has been updated for iOS 13! I was thinking of getting somebody to clearly define this for me. And the municipalities in Wake County. It accesses real estate, property, and building information and even connects to the Register of Deeds when searching for deeds or recorded maps.
