The mask needs a good app to go with it ### 1/5 — Reliability *2025-11-22* When the application works, it’s really a nice bonus to have an enables you to utilize all the various functionality of the LED mask. However, what I’m finding is for some reason, I have to delete and reinstall the app on an average of six week intervals. I’ve had my mask and neck plate for about three months now, and I have had to delete and reinstall the app twice. You won’t believe this, but the code to register any face or neck mask is literally 1234567890. Don’t use the camera option in the app it creates dozens upon dozens of albums with nothing in them. 2. My favorite part was being able to set custom light therapies for my personal skin needs. After about 2 months though, the app STOPPED WORKING for me. I can still use the mask and change the lights with the button in the front, but I no longer have access to my custom settings. Extremely disappointing, especially considering the price of the product. The app settings was what stood out to me in the first place.I tried to look for an updated version, but there isn’t one.
